Our San Marino, CA office is looking for a Client Service Manager to work on an Advisor Team supporting all aspects of the client experience. We are seeking experienced candidates that have a passion for providing exceptional client service, along with the drive and motivation to deliver results for our fast-growing Team.
The salary target for this role is $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 depending on experience.
We select our initial compensation target using national compensation survey data. When we make an offer, we then factor in things like tenure, performance, and geographic location to come up with the most accurate numbers. Primary Job Functions
Supporting Advisors and clients through delivery of our client service model
Executing assigned client maintenance tasks and Review meeting actions
Responding to client questions by phone and email
Provide support/back-up to other Client Service Team members
Processing Financial Transactions
Depositing client checks
Processing money movements
Submitting trade instructions
Executing Roth conversions
Onboarding new clients and servicing accounts
Preparing and processing internal documents and custodian forms for client signature such as applications and transfer forms, beneficiary changes, establishing Trusts.
General Administrative Support Duties such as:
Researching and resolving issues with internal Wealth Enhancement Group departments and our custodial partners
Data entry, quarterly mailing preparation, presentation folder preparation
Preparing death claim paperwork and managing account settlement process
RMD calculation and tracking
Cost Basis Research
Ad hoc reporting/research requests
Education | Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration (Required)
3+ years of experience in a similar Client Service role (Preferred)
Superior attention to detail, organization, and problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong process management skills and ability to see tasks through to completion in a timely manner
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
