The Client Service Manager will be responsible for day-to-day client management, including: HR, benefits and HRIS.

What You Get To Do

  • Build strong relationships with the client administrators at exciting companies

  • Answer questions and provide support related to basic HR, Payroll, Systems, and Benefits questions

  • Work collaboratively across internal teams to resolve issues and answer client questions

  • Schedule training for new client contacts and refreshers as needed

  • Manage client data in our CRM

  • Work closely with the HR Business Partner to escalate more complex or strategic HR projects for clients

  • Guide clients through the benefit renewal & open enrollment process

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 5+ years of Client Service or HR Generalist experience

  • Strong project management skills

  • Ability to communicate and work across client organizations (HR, CEO, CFO)

  • Solutions-oriented team player who takes initiative and is accountable for results

  • Detail and process-oriented

  • Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to understand client needs and deliver results under tight deadlines

VIEW JOBS 4/17/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-07-16T00:00 Overall Summary: The Client Service Associate's role will encompass both client service and operations responsibilities. This will include the resolution of incoming queries from sponsors, branch offices, advisors, and vendors via phone and email. General questions and issues that come up may range from simple administrative questions to complicated operational or portfolio management issues that may require coordinating with other team members from several different functional areas. Major Responsibilities: * Field incoming calls and emails from Financial Advisors and Sales Associates; answering inquires or redirecting as appropriate. * Review and process new client agreements. * Process/coordinate client requests. * Collaborate with trading, portfolio management, operations, & sales staff to research and respond to account-related questions, changes or issues. * Work with executing brokers and custodians to resolve trade discrepancies and failing trades. * Proxy voting and support. * Maintain, write, and review procedures as needed. * Assist with ad hoc reporting. * Coordinate and support client restriction reviews. * General daily operational support. * Participate in strategic business meetings as appropriate. * Work with portfolio management to stay current on manager offerings and portfolio characteristics. Other Responsibilities: * Provide general operational/middle office support as needed. * Respond to and support compliance and general audit requests when required. * Provide support/information required RFP/RFI requests as needed. * Work with executing brokers and custodians to resolve trade discrepancies and failing trades. Required Skills/Experience: * 2-3 years of experience in client service or operations, preferably in the financial services industry * Bachelor's degree, preferably with some quantitative coursework (e.g. mathematics, statistics, econometrics, etc.) * Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Excel Macro creation/maintenance preferred * Great communication skills (written & oral) * Excellent client service/interpersonal skills * Good organizational skills and attention to detail * Strong analytical skills * Ability to work on multiple issues/projects simultaneously * Ability to handle deadlines, stress, and time-sensitive situations * Resourcefulness/problem solving abilities * Team player * Must be willing to work market hours * Vestmark/APL system experience preferred * Series 7 and 66 certifications are a plus Natixis Global Asset Management San Francisco CA
