As a Client Service Manager, you will serve as lead for our business with Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) clients to sustain our relationship at Business Development level, lead the delivery of the work, achieve complete client satisfaction
with our work, and leverage the relationship to benefit the client and the firm. Your primary focus will be NAVFAC programs worldwide.
In this position you will be responsible for relationship building; identification of opportunities; and pursuit, capture, and support for planning, design and construction services.
Experience in the execution of major NAVFAC planning, MILCON, and/or SRM
programs is considered beneficial. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, team-focused individual; will have 15+ years of professional experience on NAVFAC projects; and will possess a desire to grow personally as well as professionally with each
client service/project management job.
As a Client Service Manager, you will :

Work with our existing NAVFAC client base to identify project opportunities and convert task orders
Gather early intelligence regarding potential market opportunities Develop partnerships with our NAVFAC clients to support their growth objectives
Develop relationships and position the firm to compete for and to win major program work
Provide leadership and technical contributions to proposal teams to win IDIQ contract work
Provide leadership and technical contributions to task order proposals Meet annual sales objectives Support the delivery of projects to enhance client satisfaction Leverage relationships with existing NAVFAC clients to expand our service offerings while continuing to grow new, productive relationships
Manage relationships with industry partners and alliances Offer background in the management of consulting and construction procurements for IDIQ contracts and task orders
Network within client and industry organizations, including think tanks and the policy community, to leverage business development objectives
Develop internal relationships to support the overall growth and success of Stanley Consultants
Develop a record of growth and client satisfaction with the NAVFAC account
Additional information: Business travel to client sites and offices for meetings will be required for this role. Participation in organizations such as the Society of American Military Engineers and others will also be required.
