Job Description
Moneta is actively seeking a Client Service Manager to join our Denver, Colorado financial advisory team office. In this role, you will develop and build relationships with our clients through frequent interaction, providing dedicated service to meet client needs. As a Client Service Manager, you will work alongside the team's Advisors on a wide range of projects focused on the client's needs. Responsibilities
Assist Advisors in daily operations and develop a comprehensive understanding of team processes and procedures
Assist Advisors with client review preparation
Research unique and complex situations as they arise
Establish a rapport with clients as a trusted liaison between the client and their Advisor
Implement Advisor investment recommendations via trading through Financial Custodial Systems
Coordinate account transfers and confirm cost basis information for incoming assets
Populate and maintain systems data and client files
Verify client account cash balances, generate, and review monthly available cash report
Manage and prioritize daily workload in a fast-paced environment
Work directly with third-party Custodians and Advisors to meet critical deadlines and industry cut-off times
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field preferred
2+ years of relevant, direct RIA industry work experience
Must be authorized to work in the United States
This is a non-exempt full-time, salary position

Compensation range $65,000 to $75,000 depending on experience
