How you'll make an impact
The Client Service Manager is accountable for delivering high quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients through the day-to-day account management of an assigned group of accounts within a Branch. The Client Service Manager directly contributes to key business outcomes such as client retention, client satisfaction, enhancing AJG's value to our clients and prospects, achieving operating/margin targets and fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing timely and accurate responses
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing tailored solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, coordinating efforts to resolve issues and deliver exceptional service
Monitor client accounts, ensuring accurate billing and timely payment
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, providing insights and recommendations to clients
Identify opportunities for cross-selling products and services to existing clients
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
Insurance knowledge and 3 years of proven experience managing client relationships
A current Property and Casualty License
Proficient in using agency systems / technology platforms
Strong written and communication skills
Ability to engage others in consultative discussion
