What you'll do
As a Client Service Associate in our retirement division, you'll grow and maintain positive relationships with our clients, while servicing their requests through email or phone. To be successful, you'll have excellent communication skills, be highly organized and have strong prioritization skills to independently balance your workload.
Your day will be filled with:
Ensuring profitability for all partners and retirement plan clients through effective relationship management.
Collaborating with retirement plan service representatives and marketers to improve relationships between customers and the company.
Delivering accurate and timely retirement plan administrative and marketing services.
Never worked with retirement plans before? Not a problem - we're here to help. You'll get in depth training on our retirement products and processes to provide the best service possible.
What else do you should know? We are hiring multiple positions and anticipate selected candidates will start May 26th, 2020.

Bachelor's degree or eight years of related work experience.
Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, basic math, organizational, reading comprehension, interpretation, and negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to learn basic knowledge of plan and contract documents, manuals, procedures, and company products and services.
Experience with retirement plans preferred.
We are hiring in multiple locations; Des Moines, Cedar Falls and Mason City.
