How you'll make an impact

The Strategic Accounts Team Service Associate is accountable for delivering high quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients.

The Client Service Associate contributes to key business outcomes such as client retention, client satisfaction, enhancing AJG's value to our clients and prospects and fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement.

This role supports the business priorities of the Strategic Accounts Team and acts under the direction of the Client Service Executives by performing financial analysis, preparing data and sharing analytical findings as well as creating and editing documents which may include communications, forms, certificates, reports, etc.

This role may also handle ad hoc projects and/or assignments and is client facing.

About You

Required: High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.

Preferred: Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred. Previous experience managing client relationships.

Behaviors: Exceptional organizational skills, Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong written and verbal communication and math skills. Strong PC and Microsoft application skills, including Word, Access and Excel.
