Position Overview
Providing best in class client service is a hallmark of Blue Owl. The Institutional Business Development team is adding a Client Service Analyst to allow the firm to continue to support our client base with an exceptional and bespoke client service experience. The Institutional Client Service Analyst will provide client support across the Blue Owl investment verticals and will work with the broader business development team to coordinate all client service activities with a focus on delivering the ultimate client experience. This position is critical to creating positive client experiences. A successful candidate will be client-focused and committed to developing creative solutions.
Responsibilities
The Analyst will be responsible for assisting with aspects of institutional client reporting across Blue Owl investment verticals. Assist with producing quarterly portfolio reports for investors in commingled funds and separately managed accounts, working with internal teams to collate relevant data
Coordinate responses for institutional investor inquiries
Assist with organizing meeting prep and attend investor meetings as needed
Assist with preparing all relevant materials for client meetings/calls
Assist with the execution of bespoke client events as needed
Develop a strong understanding of the Blue Owl's investment products, funds and strategies in great detail
Assist with the execution of LPAC meetings for the Institutional Business Development team
Take on ad hoc projects and support the client service team as needed
Qualifications
1+ years of professional experience
Prior work experience in the financial services industry and/or investor relations is preferred
Candidates should have a excellent communication skills, effective presentation abilities, and possess strong analytical skills
Detail-oriented
Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
Team player with the ability to collaborate across the firm
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, changing environment
Self-motivated, assertive, proactive, independent and flexible
Highly proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Experience with Salesforce a plus
It is expected that the base annual salary range for this New York City-based position will be $85,000 to $95,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
