Alvarez & Marsal, a leading independent global professional services firm, specializing in providing turnaround management, performance improvement and corporate advisory services, is seeking a Relationship Program Analyst for its Restructuring practice. Our firm excels in problem-solving and value creation. Drawing on a strong operational heritage and hands-on approach, our professionals work closely with organizations and stakeholders to help tackle complex business issues and maximize value.
The Relationship Program - Client Service Analyst 's responsibility will be to ensure that the line professionals involved in the practice's Key Relationship Program (KRP) are fully engaged and are adopting a team approach to building business. The Analyst will report to the Group's Director of Relationship Management. The role will be based in New York City and occasional travel may be required.
Promote and champion Key Relationship Program (KRP) by scheduling team calls and providing quarterly updates for national and regional teams.
Assist in developing, maintaining and tracking progress against KRP account plans, using Salesforce to track and maintain account plans and key contact touch points
Assist the DRM to manage sponsorships in accordance with KRP
As administrator of Salesforce for the practice, drive adoption of Salesforce by leveraging and training local champions in the planning process and use of the system
Track and report on new business opportunities and sold business in Salesforce.
Key partner in planning internal and external events, including the internal offsite and the bi-annual client event
Build and maintain a national Calendar of Events and support regional marketing calls and events
Assist with new business proposals, general marketing, and other projects as requested by the DRM and/or the COO
Under the direction of the DRM liaise with A&M Global Support Services such as Global Marketing, Global Research Department and Knowledge Management to support practice needs
Bachelor's degree required
5-7 years of experience in business development, preferably in a consulting/professional services organization
Successful track record of supporting, working with and engaging senior professionals
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with Salesforce strongly preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
