Ensure compliance with KYC account processes
Daily administration of 100+ trusts (includes RMBS, CMBS, and ABS)
Manage cash accounts for domestic and some international clients, including investment, liquidation, and distribution of funds
Respond to daily inquiries from Clients, Investors and other deal parties
Review and approve monthly distribution payments and statements
Review compliance to ensure conformity to the transaction documents
Perform ongoing maintenance of deal/account information across several bank applications
Collaborate with other team members to address ad hoc projects
Strong cash management and trust accounting experience
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
Organized, detail-oriented contributor
