Kyriba is hiring a talented Account Manager who will be responsible for ensuring FX clients achieve maximum value from FX products and services and responsible for conducting upsells and renewals in accordance with performance goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies.
Conducting and documenting Roadmaps and business reviews to ensure clients are achieving expected value from on-going usage of FX products and services
Securing upsells and multiyear renewals
Educating customers about new and evolving product and solution offerings
Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts.
Achieving revenue targets and KPI's as set by the Director of Account Management
Working closely with Professional Services, Product, Procurement and Global team
Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
Updating the CRM and ensuring account managers are aware of changes within clients.
Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
Must be proficient in Excel and SalesForce, Powerpoint
Strong Technical and Presentation skills
Accounting and Finance knowledge
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
Previous sales experience and an organized approach to work.
Hardworking with a strong work ethic. Must be self-sufficient and a go getter
Previous experience working as an Account Manager, Finance, Treasury, Sales
Must have at least 5 years of experience in Account Management/Finance and previously be in a client facing role
25% Travel is required
