This position supports the Client Relationship Management Team for all group, voluntary, and integrated cases and ongoing client servicing. The Client Rep is in training to be responsible for proactive customer management, education, development, profitable growth and retention.
Responsible for the oversight of onboarding and overall management of assigned customer relationships, supporting retention of business
Identify & execute cross selling initiatives to expand our customer portfolios
Partners with EB Relationship Management Team members to provide administrative and technical support in all facets of client management and service
Represent EB and present educational material at customer enrollment events, supporting optimal participation
Develop skills that support proactive customer management, education, development, profitable growth and retention for EB product portfolio
Focus on development of solid skills that drive, design, and execute integrated enrollment, service and growth strategies for EB customers
4 year college degree or equivalency strongly preferred
Experience in the employee benefits /insurance industry experience preferred
Demonstrated success in critical thinking; able to analyze data and make effective recommendations
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, persuasion, and conflict management skills
Ability to learn underwriting and risk concepts
Ability to learn Voya product portfolio to educate, and on a consultative basis cross sell products/services to brokers/clients
Strong computer skills
Ability to travel as needed
