Essential Functions:

  • Assist client team where needed in execution of annual account service strategy

  • Respond directly to client questions and service requests, soliciting assistance from other team members when needed

  • Manage timely invoicing/billing within the effective month/quarter and within Marsh best practices

  • Generate account reconciliation documents as need

  • Coordinate premium finance quotes

  • Serve as primary liaison for processes and activities supported by Centralized Services

  • Effectively utilize applications and systems (i.e. RMB, MART, CSI, Online Tools Suite, etc)

  • Review basic contracts and audits, soliciting other client team members when needed

  • Back up other client team members for ongoing client service issues/items

  • Assist in gathering renewal information from clients

  • Request loss runs and summarize for analysis or client presentations

  • Ensure timely issuance of key client deliverables such as certificates, auto ID cards, T&D, CBI, invoices, transmittal letters, policies, and endorsements

  • Support the client team in creating internal and external documents

  • Understands and complies with Marsh Compliance, Transparency Standards and Professional Standards

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED

  • Minimum 2 years of Commercial Property & Casualty insurance servicing experience

  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint

High School Graduate

Broker Licenses Required - Any
