Client Relationship Specialist

Staffmark is hiring a Client Relationship Associate for a hybrid remote position in La Jolla, CA. If you excel in customer service and sales support, this is a fantastic opportunity for you!

Pay Rate: $21-$23 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday

As a Client Relationship Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service and sales support to insurance producers, strategic partners, and insureds.

Position Details:

• Assist new and existing insurance partners and customers with product and service inquiries

• Actively promote all offerings to agents, brokers, and strategic partners

• Provide technical assistance and training through Automated Submission (PASS)

• Collaborate with the Operations team on onboarding activities for new agents and brokers

• Handle all aspects of Agency Administration customer service requests, including endorsements, cancellations, mortgagee requests, and other policy changes

• Extract and utilize agency administration data from various sources and systems

• Interact with customers at all levels

Desired Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in a Customer Service role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to handle a high volume of calls

• Strong multitasking skills and flexibility to manage different tasks

• Associate's degree preferred but not required

• Insurance experience preferred but not required

• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and handle own work

• Strong goal-setting and opportunity-identification skills

• Integrity and a sense of urgency

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of working well with a variety of customers
