The Client Relationship Program Manager will work with lines-of-business and multiple stakeholders within the Corporate Real Estate organization to align enterprise goals, business strategy, and real estate solutions. Through on-going engagement with key business leaders and their delegates, the Client Relationship Program Manager is responsible for understanding key business strategies, drivers, requirements and effectively communicating these appropriately. The Client Relationship Program Manager will report to the Managing Director, Head of Strategy and Planning.
Support line of business requests through all phases of discovery, analysis, risk and benefits assessment, to final recommendation to senior management.
Assist in the development of process and templates required to collect, track, and effectively illustrate headcount demand forecast.
Develop effective relationships with line-of-business and key business partners to define and eventually communicate approved business/enterprise strategies and requirements.
Maintains line of business dashboard reporting that effectively communicates current and future state occupancy. Requires close coordination with Occupancy Planning.
Interprets business requirements and headcount forecasts in order to develop real estate solutions.
Assist in the development of ad-hoc reports and communication tools to facilitate CRE and line of business discussions.
BA or BS degree in Business, Communications or related field; or work experience equivalent.
4+ years working experience in a major bank, experience with client relationship management preferred.
Excellent verbal and communication skills.
Business acumen with strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Expert level PC skills (Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint) with demonstrated proficiency in developing compelling presentations.
