Primary responsibility of the Client Relationship Manager I includes developing and nurturing long-term relationships with referral sources and their customers. Provide the highest levels of service elevating HCD to first choice for all referral sources. Must be customer-driven, detail-oriented and enthusiastic about providing exceptional service to meet the referral source's business needs.
Makes a high number of outbound telephone sales calls to health care professionals located throughout the continental United States. The overall objective is building sustainable relationships with key decision makers that yield regular referring contacts with a continual stream of patient referrals.
A very strategic emphasis will be placed on a specific purpose/goal monthly within the referral base to increase interest and use of Home Care Delivered's services.
Ensures that the status of all accounts and account contacts are accurately maintained on a daily basis within CRM platform.
Pro-actively call referral source contacts to ensure their needs are being met and to source additional referrals.
Collaborate with other internal functions to resolve service issues.
Report activity trends and overall service results.
Performs all other duties as assigned
B.S. or B. A. degree or equivalent industry experience, preferred, not required
2+ years minimum of customer relations experience with a proven ability to deliver results.
Proven track record of taking ownership and effectively nurturing long-term relationships.
Articulate and professional with an enthusiastic attitude and focus on results.
Strong communication skills both in person and in writing.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage competing customer demands.
Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Private Insurance a plus.
