Role and Responsibilities:

  • Prospect new candidates through networking, employee referrals, job boards, social media presence ad searches, career fairs and internet research.

  • Collaborate with Kforce colleagues to fully understand the client's hiring objectives and requirements.

  • Submit candidates, providing information needed to facilitate hiring decisions.

  • Guide candidates thorough the recruiting process, coordinating interview and follow up activities.

  • Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations, and other terms of employment.

  • Manage consultants while on assignment; facilitate redeployment of consultants as assignments approach completion.

What we are looking for from you

  • One to three years of "sales related" experience.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, competitive environment.

  • Enjoys working with and being part of team.

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree preferred.

  • 2-4 years professional experience in a staffing, corporate, recruiting or professional sales environment

  • Ability to develop customer relationship management, consultative and negotiation skills.

  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to self-manage, prioritize initiatives and work well in a team environment with competing demands and tight deadlines.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy.

  • Strong internet research skills. Proficiency in MS office, including Word and Excel. Ability to grasp cutting edge technologies.

CERTIFICATES AND/OR LICENSES:

  • None required.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Travel as required, up to 5%.

  • Must have reliable transportation which affords timely travel to client sites within assigned territory.

The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) is a direct report to the Merrill Lynch Wealth Management Market Executive (MLWM ME) with dual reporting to the Division Client Relationship Manager (DCRM). The CRM functions as a member of the market leadership team. The CRM manages the Client Associates and Service Support Staff along with the branch's Operations Department. Responsibilities of Operations include Funds/Securities Receipt & Processing, Wire & Order and Trade Corrections, and Document Control where the review and approval of all Client Financial transactions takes place. Additionally, the CRM role will be responsible for the overall delivery and management of the client service experience for the Market.
