ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative support to the Sports and Entertainment Banking division

  • Review and Fund Loans

  • Assist with maintaining client portfolios clear loan, collateral and deposit exceptions, credit exceptions, assist with past dues

  • Independently able to identify clients' operational needs and bank products/services to meet these needs

  • Provide assistance to the bank's clients in all areas of the clients' relationship with the bank, including loans, deposits, and other bank services

  • Approve and process commercial client's withdrawals on lines of credit

  • Communicate with clients, attorney's, insurance companies, title companies, and various other professionals

  • Assist in ordering appraisals, flood determinations, UCC's and familiar with OFAC

  • Work closely with Bankers, Underwriters, Loan Closers, Loan processing and legal documentation areas to ensure satisfactory closing of loans to clients

  • Work closely with Bankers, Underwriters, and loan operations to ensure satisfactory on-going monitoring of loans to clients

  • Work closely with Bankers, Treasury Management, and deposit operations to ensure satisfactory on-going monitoring of depository/Treasury Management accounts/services to clients

  • Open new accounts and ensure all required documentation is obtained from the client

  • Process wire requests for clients.

  • Assist other AAs and other departments with administrative support when needed

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

The incumbent must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and three to six years experience in Banking and/or Commercial Lending Assistant roles. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a solid working knowledge of banking and good judgment skills are also required. The incumbent will be Familiar with Laser Pro and Attorney prepared documents, and with both domestic and international wire transfers. Also must be: A Team Player; Well Organized- Able to meet deadlines and goals'; A self starter- Ability to Multi Task; Able to work Independently with little or no supervision; Highly Motivated; and able to travel (within city).

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Basic Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY

Intermediate Skills:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

COMPUTER AND OFFICE EQUIPMENT SKILLS

Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications, i.e., Email software (ex. MS Outlook), Word processing software (ex. MS Word), Spreadsheet software (ex. MS Excel), Internet browsing software (ex. MS Explorer), and 10-key calculator and Facsimile machine.

Job Summary: The Entertainment Travel Consultant-Talent is responsible for accurately and efficiently handling incoming requests via multiple channels (i.e. phone, email, etc.). They are the primary point of contact for active travel consultation for travelers. They must be able to work independently and maintain the confidentiality of the client. This position supports (1) one account/client. Sabre GDS skills required. The hours for this position are 9am - 6pm ET. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include: * Books routine reservations for air travel, hotel and car rentals, with detailed follow for completion and changes to complete the reservation. * Books small groups and equipment movements for music bands and the like, involving special arrangements for large amounts of equipment * Charters private aircraft when scheduled aircraft does not meet needs. * Books special and unique services as required by clientele. * Provides after-hours "on-call" services as required by clientele and approved by BCD Travel. * Schedules meet and greet services for airport escort services. * Responds to requests for price quotations utilizing automated system(s) for domestic and international itineraries. * Conforms to client travel standards and policies. * Promotes the acceptance of fares, rates, and suppliers that match the client's travel program policies and negotiated contracts. Applies discount programs appropriately. * Moves market share for BCD Travel preferred suppliers. * Maintains and promotes professional and courteous client relations by managing a prompt and accurate response to telephone and email communications. * Remains informed of all airline rules and regulations and current affairs. Communicates information to clients accurately and appropriately. * Achieves individual and contractual service level goals related to telephone, quality, and productivity. * Maintains client profiles, ensuring specials requests and reward program information such as frequent flyer/driver/hotel stay are included. * Monitors, sorts and works global distribution systems (GDS) queues daily to maintain quality control. * Ensures optimum customer service through effective use of phone systems and positive telephone service techniques. * Knows and properly uses: airline terminology, codes, fare basis, airline rules and tariffs, resource guides, books, and industry contacts.
