Law360, a LexisNexis company, is seeking a full time Client Relations Specialist (CRS) to join our growing organization. The CRS will serve as the point of contact for our clients/subscribers answering inquiries regarding the Law360 newswire, account information, subscription access requests, free trials, reprints and advertising. This position involves heavy e-mailing and moderate phone coverage. Ad hoc projects assigned as necessary.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Providing solutions to ensure client satisfaction via telephone and e-mail
Carrying out daily routines: newsletter distribution, checking voicemails/e-mails, subscription renewals, etc.
Working with sales team to build pipeline
Setting up free trial subscriptions
Escalating issues as necessary
Reporting customer service trends to sales team; share ideas for improvement
Ad hoc projects as assigned
BA/BS degree required
Proficient in MS Office, Google Apps and other commonly used business applications
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
1+ year(s) professional work experience
Developed customer focus skills
Impeccable follow up and time management skills and the ability to multi-task
Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and flexibility
Excellent attention to detail
