Serve as the initial client touch point for inbound calls and leads for clients interested in
utilizing our services. Responsibilities, include: explaining service offerings, listening and
understanding our clients needs, ensuring that our clients are treated with respect and
helped in a timely manner., etc.
Respond to email and voicemail inquiries from clients in a timely and professional manner.
Qualify inbound calls that result in a consultation booked for a Relationship Manager, a drop-off scheduled for consignment, a mailing label for out of market clients or an
alternative solution if EBTH is not a proper fit.
Manage market lead flow and respond to client inquiries via phone calls, emails, and
submissions generated through our website.
Monitor Customer Resource Management System and manage incoming, in-process, and resolved in-bound sales leads.
Assist in developing and maintaining process documentation, reporting tools, and
customer service indexes as needed.
Serve as the initial point-of-contact for all walk-ins clients at our Local Processing Center.
Welcome, announce and direct clients promptly.
Provide day to day administrative support to the management team, including but not
limited to, mailing, scanning, copying documents, etc.
Responsible for monitoring, ordering, and maintaining office supplies.
Resolve administrative inquiries and problems.
Support management with daily tasks required to operate the Local Processing Center.
High School Diploma.
1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, and/or administrative support.
Great interpersonal skills.
Customer Service experience.
Friendly and professional demeanor comfortable communicating in person, over the
phone and through email.
Ability to perform multiple tasks effectively in a stressful environment.
Ability to manage emotionally charged situations requiring resolution.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organization skills with attention to detail.
Strong working knowledge of Mac environment and Microsoft Office applications.
