Your new role

This position is office based.

Our US business growing following the recent acquisition of a large US based recruitment company. We are expanding our business and are hiring a Manager Client Relations to expand our presence in the DC Market.

As Manager Client Relations, you are a motivated, ambitious individual with exceptional communication skills and driven to succeed in a challenging sales environment. Responsibilities include

  • Fee generation, business development and headcount accountability for own desk and team.

  • Hire, train, develop and retain the best people to drive productivity and growth

  • Support the implementation and commitment to company initiatives and strategic priorities

  • Instill cultural management within the team values/vision/standards and expectations for high performance

  • Drive service delivery through execution of best practices and leading by example

You already have a track record of success in staffing and are a person that gets things done.   • Proven track record in people development and management

  • Experience in setting, monitoring and reviewing goals and objectives

  • Demonstrated ability in business development and candidate generation

  • Ability to lead from the front; acting as a role model

  • Excellent communication skills; able to influence and inspire

  • Able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of and engagement with One Touch
