A DAY IN THE LIFE

In this role, you will

  • Be the primary point of contact for the client

  • Research and resolve escalations, issues, and inquiries brought by management (internal and client)

  • Train the client on our processes, communication methods, and website

  • Produce monthly performance reporting for clients

  • Host performance scorecard calls

  • Coordinate and attend client business reviews both on-site at the client's office and in our Pittsburgh offices

WHO YOU ARE

You possess

  • Previous client relations management experience

  • Previous mortgage servicing/banking experience

  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills

  • Experience in Valuations

  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency

DETAILED JOB DUTIES

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client

  • Be the subject matter expert for products and services that ServiceLink Valuations offers

  • Research and resolve any escalations/inquiries brought by management (internal and client)

  • Provide feedback to internal management on any issues or client dissatisfaction

  • Provide assistance/training on our processes, communication methods, and website

  • Create and maintain a strong and productive working relationship with the client

  • Track all issues to resolution on behalf of client

  • Push implementation of existing and new clients to go live

  • Publish monthly reporting to assigned clients and discuss Servicelink Valuations performance

  • Provide operations managers with updated client information as it becomes available and additional support as needed

  • All other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Eight or more years of mortgage subservicing/banking experience required

  • Previous client relations management experience preferred

  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills

  • Experience in Valuations

  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above * Be involved in the financial management of clients * Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients * Contribute to the development of your own and team's technical acumen * Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges * Assist in the management and delivering of large projects * Train, coach, and supervise staff * Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues * Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand Preferred skills * Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas: * Reviewing and advising on labor relations and multi-employer pension issues, especially as they relate to a transaction or other strategic corporate decision; * Advising clients on a variety of HR legal and tax issues in HR strategy, plan design, compliance, and communications; * Addressing and resolving client issues in order to complete successful transactions, including the smooth assimilation of employees and the implementation of new benefit plans; * Identifying and analyzing complex financial, legal, regulatory, and business issues, and providing appropriate recommendations, often with time sensitivity, including financial modeling and transactional analytics, tax planning, and structuring and strategy formulation; * Preparing of presentations for audiences on hot topics; * Demonstrating clear and concise drafting; and, * Collaborating and effective teaming. * Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas: * Union negotiations and strategic planning around participation in multiemployer pension plans; and, * ERISA and executive compensation. * Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in automation & digitization in a professional services environment including the following areas: * Innovating through new and existing technologies, along with experimenting with digitization solutions; * Working with large, complex data sets to build models and leverage data visualization tools to provide insights to clients; and, * Utilizing digitization tools to reduce hours and optimize engagements. * Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in alternative fee arrangements, including the use of pricing tools, to provide a point of view on pricing strategies.
