Keating & Associates, Inc. is looking for a full-time Client Relations and Project Manager to assist the advisors in our Overland Park office. We seek a highly organized professional with knowledge of the financial planning industry who would provide key administrative support and strategic project management for growing advisory practices. This person will oversee calendar coordination, event planning, internal and external communications and administrative functions to support and increase productivity for the advisors and their teams. Participate in strategic planning with the advisors and coordinate projects from inception to completion
Coordinate scheduling for advisors and clients
Collaborate with all Keating & Associates departments based on advisor and client needs
Provide administrative support
Manage email correspondence, prioritize messages and provide timely responses
Assist the advisors in designing business development plans which allow their practices to evolve
Identify, document and implement process improvements to enhance client experience
Participate in meetings with the advisors and their support staff to discuss current and upcoming tasks
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
Proactively takes ownership of responsibilities
Detail-oriented and conscientious
Flexible and adaptive problem solver
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
