About the team
We need you to help be the voice of FIS, our Client Care colleagues support our banking and credit union clients on multiple questions or concerns regarding their credit card program. If you're passionate about serving clients, building relationships, and putting customers first, we would encourage you to join our team.
What you will be doing
You and a team of representatives will be responsible for answering client inquiries via phone and ticketing system. You will provide one call resolution when possible and maintain client submitted and internal tickets. You will maintain client communication and follow-up while meeting set deadlines.
