ABOUT THE TEAM
As a Client Relations Account Manager II, you will be working out of the Bolingbrook, IL location with a fun and collaborative team.
WHAT YOU BRING
You will have Financial Services (Payments/Credit) industry experience which is required
You will have relationship building skills and be an advocate for your clients
You will have strong organization skills
You will be a self-starter and able to work independently
You will have 5+ years' experience in the financial/banking industry
You will communicate effectively (both spoken and written) and have the confidence to communicate with clients of all levels.
You will have strong presentation skills
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
You will act as a primary liaison, be responsible for escalation, effective oversight of client projects and implementations, execution of account plan activities, building of relationships with client contacts and management and coordination of the client loyalty process.
You will be responsible for client satisfaction, maintaining client communication, overall management of the relationship and client retention activities.
You will develop strong working relationships with assigned clients and FIS resources.
You will serve as primary point of contact for external clients and various departments/divisions to resolve outstanding issues, comply with customer requests and respond to client inquiries
You will interface with clients to determine present and future needs and discusses progress toward solutions.
You may participate in business reviews to learn about clients' strategic direction as well as gain a good understanding of the products and/or services FIS is offering.
