Jobresponsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Participatein creating creative solutions with clients, vendors, management teams, core teams;

  • Determineproject priorities in coordination with client and service center needs;

  • Coordinatethe scheduling and manage all system work requests across global teams;

  • Coordinateglobal resources to ensure task delivery;

  • Conductregularly scheduled project status meetings with global systems staff todiscuss deliverables, challenges, etc;

  • Conduct/participatein regularly schedule project status meetings with client and third party vendors;

  • Prepareand participate in client face-to-face meetings when needed (ie: QBR, sitevisits, project based meetings, etc);

  • Performcost analysis/documentation for new projects and work with management team for

  • PSDdelivery; answer client questions regarding work requests;

  • Create/maintainmeeting agendas (as necessary);

  • Create/maintainproject schedules (full MS Project version and milestones); review with clientand/or vendors;

  • Create/maintainissues and decision logs; review with client and/or vendors

  • Workwith clients and vendors to document functional/business requirements; once finalizedwork with technical team to develop technical requirements;

  • Updatetechnical requirements, as necessary;

  • Create/update/reviewtest plans;

  • Participatein production migrations;

  • Createand perform client/end user/team training;

  • Mentorand advise team members;

  • Workas technical advisor for analyst, programming and testing teams as necessaryfor issues;

  • Liaisonfor user acceptance testing and client accepting testing;

  • Identifyproject risks and potential solutions to management team;

  • Identifypotential billable work to management team;

  • Identifytraining opportunities for systems staff to applicable team leaders;

  • Identifyperformance issues to applicable team leaders;


  • Mustpossess a complete understanding of DB system, interactions with letters, weband HW sister systems;

  • Criticalthinking skills thinks inside and outside the box

  • Discuss/documentcomplex topics with clients/vendors in non-technical terms;

  • Multi-faceted can function as project manager for very large projects and can also perform taskswithin a project;

  • Alwayswilling to pitch in; even to non-assigned clients;

  • Keepingstaff on track; empowering staff to do their best;

  • Organizationalskills is a must

  • Experiencedin DB platforms (PensionManager, DBM, DB7). Hands on experience includes dataloads, data extracts, batch processing, calculation module, calculation supportmodules, interfaces (all), letters and web.

  • Ability to effectively multi-task.

  • Must have strong communication skills(interpersonal, verbal and written)

  • Must consent to, and successfully clear allrequired pre-employment screenings

As a global Splunk Platform SE Architect, you will be a domain expert on Splunk Enterprise and associated platform integrations. A successful Splunk Platform SE Architect maintains a deep technical understanding of the product, creates cross-functional relationships, and can explain complex topics to internal audiences and customers. You will collaborate with key Enterprise Architecture, Big Data teams in many of the world's premier e-Commerce, Social Networking, Online/Cloud Service, PC and Mobile Device and BioTech companies, as well as, a number of large financial institutions and financial services companies. Travel: Up to 50% Responsibilities * You will work with our Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering teams. They will lead customer engagements which seeks to collect and prioritize product requests from our strategic customers. You will understand and translate these asks in order to influence product capabilities and direction. * For strategic or critical opportunities, you will actively participate in the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working with the sales team as a key technical advisor and advocate for our Splunk products and services. * The SE Architect ought to be knowledgeable in the design of scalable and secure Splunk architectures. * Answer technical questions regarding Splunk technology, features, solutions and applications, as well as, articulate Splunk's market positioning to both business and technical users. * As a Technical Sales resource you will identify and address technical issues to assure complete customer satisfaction throughout all stages of the sales or technology evaluation process, and establish, develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts throughout his/her duration as a Splunk employee * You will demonstrate and articulate Splunk products and solutions to customers either onsite or remotely, and at field marketing events such as conferences and trade shows. * The ability to learn new technologies underpinning the latest industry trends and prototype solutions for integration with Splunk is critical.
