Curalate is looking for seasoned SaaS sales people with a demonstrated ability to sell solutions (not products), close deals, crush quotas, play nice in the sandbox, and have the ability to thrive in a hyper-growth, early-stage environment.

You'll be talking to digital marketers and e-commerce executives at some of the world's most notable brands and agencies and selling a product that helps these brands unlock the power of their images to grow engagement, traffic, and revenue. Most importantly, you love technology and have proven experience driving new business in SaaS software.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES: The Project Controls Specialist - Scheduler is responsible for using and improving existing enterprise tools, systems and work processes to assist Project Management Practitioners in effective management control and reporting on schedule, cost, resources, and progress measurement for a low complexity project. Individuals in this role may develop project schedules, project performance reports and risk registers in close collaboration with assigned Project Manager and other team members. Project Controls Specialists work under close supervision of a senior level Controls Practitioner or PMO Director. Key Responsibilities: * Work with Project Manager and team to develop (cost/resource loaded) project schedule baseline, risk register, project budget baselines, and monthly financial forecasts (cash flow) using standard templates and tools within prescribed parameters of assigned project. * Collect project performance data such as installed quantities, expended labor, earned value, and other progress measurement data. * Track potential changes, ensuring estimates of cost and schedule changes are given visibility with the client and project management. * Integration of cost and schedule data to facilitate schedule and budget performance reporting. * Assist Project Manager with review and maintenance of project schedule baselines in accordance with approved project parameters. * Assist Project or Program Manager in evaluation and assessment of identified project risks to enable project team with applicable data for development of risk mitigation plans and contingencies. * Supports the intake process of projects through the governance process. * Partners closely with business partners to assess new and ongoing projects to determine readiness for governance stage gates. * Monitors actuals and works with the project managers to update cost-loaded schedules to facilitate forecasting, and review of forecasting against project baseline budgets. * Supports the governance and project status review meetings. * Manages Controls data via EPPM, SharePoint or any other approved EPMO systems and tools * Adheres to Amtrak Enterprise Project Management methodology. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * Working knowledge project controls, schedule skills (schedule management, schedule reporting) & financial skills (budget management, financial reporting) * Experienced SharePoint and MSPS user * Ability to organize and analyze large volumes of financial, risk and schedule performance data * Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, MS Project), MS SharePoint, SAP, BPC * Experience with Project Controls management relating to cost, scheduling and estimating at a project level. * PMP Certification in good standing * Associate degree with minimum of three years of practitioner experience with project controls and project management, or any equivalent combination of education and experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Knowledge of contracts and contract administration including its assessment and implementation at each phase of the project. * Six Sigma Yellow Belt * CAPM or PMP * Bachelor's degree COMMUNICATIONS AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS: Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
