We are looking for a Client Partner to join our Banking Services Team. You'll be part of a fast-paced, dynamic team providing the highest level of client support to C-level individuals in some of the world's most successful banks. You will build relationships with our Sales Organization, Service Delivery existing clients ensuring and prospects to Solve Client Challenge and to Build Value.
A typical day might look like:
Responsible for managing, qualifying pursuit and close of Complex Solutions.
Partnering with senior team members to identify the client's key initiatives, providing solutions to ensure your client base grows and New Clients are closed.
Interpret and deliver customized/configurable solutions to be repeatable and to scale.
Partner with Regional Sales Team to conduct quarterly planning sessions and plan for success
Engage the organization to challenge the status quo to enhance our Services Portfolio.
You may have:
Bachelor's Degree preferred
7-10 years of experience within a professional organization forced on Outsourcing, Systems Integration or Professional Services.
Interest or experience in IT/Technology related industry
You're great at:
Building relationships with senior level individuals
High personal motivation, self-management and detail oriented
Experience within a performance-based environment
Passion for Deal Pursuit and the Client!
Structured Financial and Operational (ITiL) Approach
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer efficiency
Ability to plan and prioritize daily tasks/responsibilities
Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure
Collaborating with others to overcome challenges
