Samsung SDS America is seeking a Client Partner, Implementation & Delivery who will shape the success of implementation & delivery of our new AI-driven SaaS SRM solution, helping businesses revolutionize their supplier relationship management, especially procurement processes and achieve unprecedented efficiency and growth. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new global business initiative, merging the entrepreneurial drive of a startup with the solid foundation of Samsung SDS America.

In this role, you will be building a team responsible for the end-to-end implementation of our SaaS SRM solution with enterprise customers.

The successful candidate will bring diverse IT and/or Management Consulting background and knowledge of industry trends, demonstrating this credibility as a strategic advisor to our customers, partners, and internal team across Samsung SDS America. Our ideal candidate has knowledge of SaaS technologies, and a comprehensive understanding of the SRM processes; coupled with a keen interest in building a team and processes from ground up.

Samsung SDS is the digital arm of the Samsung group and a global provider of cloud and digital transformation innovations. We are launching a new AI-driven SaaS SRM solution to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, mitigate risks, and foster stronger relationships with suppliers, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the our customers.

Location: This is a 100% remote role in the US. This role requires business travelling up to 35%.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute detailed delivery strategy for SaaS solution implementations in SCM and SRM.

  • Lead cross-functional teams through the entire implementation lifecycle.

  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand and address project requirements.

  • Customize SaaS solutions to meet the unique needs of clients in SCM and SRM.

  • Manage and mitigate project risks, addressing challenges for timely delivery.

  • Establish and enforce quality standards for SaaS solution implementation.

  • Conduct regular training programs for end-users and provide ongoing support.

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements and testing protocols.

  • Ensure effective communication of project status, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders.

  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and retrospectives for continuous improvement.
