Responsible for providing day-to-day operational support for affiliate and content provider accounts, including error resolution, tracking content through third party and licensed content workflows, tracking C3 content during swing shift and overnight hours, resolving workflow validations and issues for certain affiliates. ? Third Party Network and Licensed Content tracking ? Tracking and prioritizing of Licensed Content ? Error resolution ? Manage ABR workflow validations ? Manage Gracenote Issues ? Work with other functional groups within the Operations department to ensure that content is delivered on time Secondary

Basic knowledge of content encoding and distribution workflows is a plus ? High degree of proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications ? Ability to effectively operate within diverse and cross-functional groups ? Strong problem solving and analytical skills, including a qualitative and quantitative skill set ? Ability to accommodate change and adapt accordingly ? Excellent communication skills, including ability to tailor communication to audience to achieve desired results ?
