The Client Operations Support Specialist I will be responsible for implementation, utilization, and customer service. ePay Support - Portal Payments is a team based in the Omaha office that is responsible for supplier analytics, implementation, campaigning and supplier administration to increase product utilization. The team seeks a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving work environment. The Operations Specialist executes various work requests for implementation and customer maintenance, recurring responsibilities, and special projects.
Key Responsibilities
Complete work requests for vendor onboarding, email campaigns, and utilization/reporting
Daily processing of online or call in credit card processing on behalf of our provider customers
Maintain internal customer satisfaction scores of 95% or greater across all teams supported
Maintain collection of data as needed for each supplier onboarded
Communicate with internal customers
Key Competencies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
