About This Opportunity

The Operations Specialist is the primary contact and escalation point for clients and customers throughout the implementation and management process. If you have a genuine interest in helping clients improgve their business results, technology, how things work, and enjoy problem solving, this role may be for you!

Responsibilities

  • Become an incentive client operations Subject Matter Expert for the technology behind all programs and products. Research operational inquiries and be accessible to help answer questions from internal teams.

    Monitor and track program launch projects and testing from program intake to launch. Communicate any and all status requests on launches and attend internal calls to provide status, challenges, and issues. Liaison between InComm InCentives and InComm brand and product teams Work in internal systems to manage programs and contribute to migration of client programs to new and emerging technologies.

    Manage CRM tool with new program details and pricing to ensure sales and account management have up to date information Process and coordinate client program implementations and updates Provide and maintain documentation related to program performance Ensure system (Admin) maintenance is complete and addressed properly Represent Operations in Product Management discussions related to advanced transactions and other product functionality Attention to detail, strong organization skills, and the ability to work through complex situations Provide support to internal teams when required and facilitate connections with appropriate company resources Represent InComm InCentives in a positive, professional, and customer focused manner. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years client facing communication experience required. Associates, BA or BS degree preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook.

    Experienced working with Customer Relationship Management software (Salesforce), Sharepoint and activity tracking systems desired. Ability to work with internally developed Administration and Back Office systems. Project Management experience preferred.

    Preference given to applicants who have demonstrated experience supporting "Software as a Service" products. Experience in incentives, prepaid, stored value or gift card products a plus. Strong commitment to customer service.

Loan Operations Specialists will work with third-parties, lending teams, and other operational departments to ensure excellent internal and external customer service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Responsible for processing all monetary aspects of funding loans including initial and subsequent disbursements, other types of draws, and processing of transactions associated with purchased and sold participations * Reconciles general ledger and operational accounts * Review loan documentation for completeness and accuracy in order to book loans and credit cards to the core processing system and onboard the loan into other applications and internal tracking systems used by lending teams and other loan operation associates * Identify critical original documentation needed for preservation and loan maintenance and monitoring needed pursuant to loan documentation and other lending guidelines * Responsible for all aspects of servicing loans and credits cards including but not limited to customer service, loan and collateral maintenance (rate/payment changes, availability, calculation and billing of additional fees, insurance, taxes, trailing documents, etc.) * Administer loan escrow accounts and payments, payoff requests, lien releases, credit bureau reporting and tasks associated with tax reporting * Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Proven experience working in a fast paced, high volume, customer-centric environment * Effective time management and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and ability to demonstrate critical thinking * Proficient in the use of technology including loan origination and core banking systems * Detail oriented and well organized * Ability to work both independently as self-starter and in a collaborative team environment * Motivated and open to change Supervisory Responsibilities: * None Education and/or Experience: * High School Diploma or equivalent required * Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of banking or financial services industry experience required or Bachelor's or Associate's Degree with equivalent experience Computer and Software Skills: * Proficient with using Microsoft Office products * Familiar with Google-based products (Gmail, Google Drive, etc.) preferred * Experience with Salesforce, nCino, or FIS Bankway is a plus Certificates, Licenses and Registrations: * None Additional Information: * Able to work a flexible work schedule including overtime as well as travel as needed Equal Opportunity Statement Enterprise Bank & Trust is committed to helping individuals with disabilities participate in the workforce and ensuring equal opportunity to apply and compete for jobs.
