Client Operations Coordinator - Amazon

As an Install Coordinator representing Amazon, you will be responsible for coordinatinginstallations and working alongside the Account Managers, Business Owners and Vendors to ensurethe project is completed swiftly and without issue.We are looking for the “best of the best” who want to be part of an exciting, high-growth opportunityrepresenting one of the world’s premier companies, Amazon.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage each inquiry (email and/or phone) to full resolution; meeting the expectation of ourpartners and the clients installation needsRemedy any potential issues that interfere with project completionCommunicate with Account Managers and client through completion of projectPropose alternate site solutions for non viable propertiesGenerate contracts and follow up on pending engagements with Sales TeamEnsure installation timelines are metDemonstrate a positive attitude that contributes to a positive team environment; team oriented,but also self-driven with entrepreneurial spiritSkill and Experience RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentSelf-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to think strategicallyDemonstrates customer service skills with the ability to maintain a professional attitude anddemeanor while managing multiple deadline-oriented projectsExperience working with Excel and SalesforceStrong verbal and written communication skillsFlexible and coach-able attitudeSomeone who thrives in an environment where hard work, focus and energy are rewarded1+ years’ experience in a scheduling related role preferredCompensation and BenefitsBase Pay + Commission (uncapped) based on performanceGenerous Benefits Package including medical, dental, vision, 401k and so much more!OmniEngine is an Equal Opportunity Employer
