Come join our dynamic Marketing team! Avetta is looking for a high caliber individual to fill our Client Marketing Manager role. We're looking for an energetic marketing fanatic that can manage multiple projects and enhance the client experience.
Client retention is the lifeblood of any business as it is with Avetta. The Client Marketing Manager will have a sound understanding of retention strategies and tactics and will use various communication mediums to engage and reach client customers. It is important that communication continually reminds clients of the value Avetta brings to them on a daily basis, which should lead to greater trust. The Client Marketing Manager will work closely with Product Marketing and Client Success to facilitate timely information to clients. In particular, the Client Marketing Manager will work closely with Client Success in supporting client events. The Client Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving referrals out of existing clients (demand generation) and developing programs to support the Account Management team in driving more revenue out of clients through expansion and value-add programs.
Partner with Account Management on their annual business plans and develop marketing programs that drive additional revenue out of existing clients
Maintain an accurate client database and build out contacts within each client
Assist with Avetta client events (Summits, FUSE, etc.)
Develop a cadence for Avetta webinars
Produce a monthly newsletter
Revamp the Client Referral program to a meaningful state and drive a minimum of 50 leads per year from the program
Aggressively work with Sales and Account Management to develop content: case studies from all clients (global), testimonials, manage our Client Logo Usage program, videos, etc.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar field
Strong understanding and past performance in Digital Marketing
2+ years of Client Success or B2B marketing experience
2+ years of experience working with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce.com), and marketing automation platforms (ideally Marketo)
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities, projects, and resources
Strong Microsoft Office skill set
Motivated self-starter who can seize opportunities with minimal direction and who thrives in fast-paced environments
Data-driven and familiar with industry-standard marketing KPI's
