Perspecta has an immediate need for a Client Manager in Herndon, VA or Seaside, CA. Must have fully adjudicated Top Secret Clearance to be considered.


Subject matter expert and management professional with large account leadership building client relationships to enhance Account Business Plan; help win re-competes of related work; as well as add on work with the Department of Defense


  • Manage Client relationship, Personnel and contractors, Service delivery, and P&L

  • Good understanding of the DoD Personnel Security regulations, processes, and government entities involved

  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentations skills at Executive levels

  • Demonstrated client relationship management and consultative selling skills

  • Demonstrated ability to build and reinforce client's perception of the company as a strategic partner through active persuasion or education

  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills to successfully lead and work with matrixed teams

  • Ability to set team goals, drive progress, and track to timely outcomes

  • Demonstrated track record on client satisfaction and meeting commitments

  • Demonstrated revenue and expense management experience with Firm Fixed Price contracts

  • Experience in DoD procurement process and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)



  • 10+ years in IT industry with demonstrated Program/AccountManagement track record with applied experience in DoD Personnel Securitysolutions, policies, processes, emerging technologies, and methodologiesincluding but not limited to continuous evaluation and insider threatmitigation strategies

  • Excellent understandingof the as-is DoD personnel security ecosystem and structure

  • Understanding of thepersonnel security reform needs and how emerging technologies enabled withanalytics capabilities can increase effectiveness while decreasing operatingcosts in the Federal Government

  • Experience in DoDprocurement process and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)

  • Demonstrated experienceand business acumen in pursuing, winning, and operating medium to large DoDprograms in a competitive context


  • Bachelors degree in a technical or management field

FC CSR I s process transactions accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while simultaneously introducing products and services that meet the customers' needs and encouraging customers to expand their relationship with Bank of America. This position was previously known as the Teller position within the Financial Center. Duties may include, but are not limited to the following; a) Create a connection and develop rapport with customers to provide outstanding, personalized service, b) Listen carefully and connect with customers to understand their top financial priorities and to uncover products and solutions that will benefit them, c) Ensure customers/clients are quickly connected to the appropriate teammate with the expertise to meet their needs, d) Meet or exceed sales goals by influencing customers to learn about products/services that will benefit them, e) Build, develop and maintain partnerships with teammates and specialists to maximize effectiveness and serve customers, f) Accurately and efficiently process transactions such as customer deposits and cashing checks, g) Assist customers with inquiries and/or problem resolution in a professional and composed manner, and escalate to manager as appropriate, h) Inform and educate customers on how to conduct simple transactions through self-service technologies, i) Follow established policies, procedures and guidelines to protect both our customers and Bank of America, j) May be required to work Saturdays and/or extended hours.
