Responsible for directly managing business relationships with client accounts and broker partners. Also responsible for mining their inforce book of business and adding new lines of coverage to existing accounts. Ensures that systems and processes are in place to meet and exceed the needs of internal and external clients. Develops and implements strategies and policies relating to client management.
Overall client management responsibility for Cigna Group Insurance assigned customers (500 5,000 employees) including responsibility for persistency results, book of business and revenue growth, and the cultivation of customer and producer/broker relationships
Provides input that positively impacts financial results
Ensures exceptional service and growth
Bachelor's Degree highly preferred or equivalent work experience
3+ years' experience with Life, Accident, Disability, Leave Management and Voluntary Benefits product lines and/or Sales/Underwriting/Operations experience highly preferred
Strong communication, organization and sales/ negotiation skills
Financial Savvyability to understand Underwriting and Funding principles
