Client Learning Services Leader

Responsibilities

• Identify client experience self-service/learning/solution in-app opportunities and design, develop, and implement learning and content experiences accordingly.

• Lead content innovation using new and emerging trends, research, and methods.

• Research and apply trending learning and content technology and tools to create an innovative and engaging user experience.

• Create and iterate content quality standards.

• Drive multiple learning and self-service content projects by leading iteration cycles including analysis, prototyping, review process, and publishing.

• Identify collaboration opportunities with solution stakeholders regarding solution utilization, solution adoption, solution value, stakeholder feedback, and client/associate data collection.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

• At least 6 years of experience as a software technical writer or eLearning instructional designer, or as a software product owner or business analyst with applicable software technical writing skills

• Experience with wiki platform, such as NICE CxOne Expert (formerly Mindtouch), and/or eLearning suite like Articulate 360

Preferred

• Master's degree in Writing, Technical Writing, Instructional Design or equivalent field.

• Management experience with 3+ or more direct reports.
