Expectations of the Role

Solve problems and be a hero every day by joining our team as a Client Support Specialist. Our objectives here are different from most - we want you to spend time getting to know our clients, paying attention to details, and making sure clients are profitable and happy. You will provide training, support, and good old-fashioned customer service to our auto and motorcycle dealership clients via phone, email, and live/video chat. This is NOT a call center environment; we work with our clients transparently and as partners to grow and solve problems. You are the key to that relationship, and will be a central point of contact for our dealers and the face of our organization. Written and verbal proficiency in French and English is required.

What You'll Do

  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process from beginning to live.

  • Implement new client accounts into the SimplePart system.

  • Answer phone calls regarding dealer questions about account setup and more.

  • Track, monitor, and follow-up on inquiries or requests to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with other in-house teams to ensure support requests are completed.

  • Work with others on your team to create comprehensive training material for new clients.

  • Check in on clients and maintain a constant channel of communication to ensure dealership success.

  • Ensure all issues are documented and resolved with a strong sense of urgency.

What You'll Bring

  • Written and verbal proficiency in French and English

  • Comfort communicating with dealership personnel at all levels

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Knowledgeable or passionate about automotive and/or powersports

  • A comfortable, friendly and relaxed phone manner with clients

  • Ability to communicate with clients who have varying degrees of technical expertise

  • Minimum 50wpm

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite

An Ideal Candidate...

  • A strong interest in being curious and learning new things

  • Account management experience

  • Customer service background, or a degree in a related field

  • Equivalent industry experience

  • Strong consideration for fluency in Spanish in addition to French.

  • Comfortable with basic technical troubleshooting

  • Ability to multitask

  • Self-motivated
