Client Implementation Manager - Distribution
Location: We are looking to fill this role in Wilkes-Barre, PA, Philadelphia, PA, Chicago, IL, Dallas, TX, Atlanta, GA, or Parisppany, NJ.
The Sr. Project Manager role entails overseeing the on-boarding process for new partner relationships, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with stakeholders. This role heavily involves collaborating with claims, operations, legal and underwriting teams. The position requires approximately 20% travel for on-site client visits. Ideal candidates will possess at least five years of experience, with a preference for those with a background in project management.

Responsibilities
Responsible for leading the management of a diverse range of projects led by GUARD's distribution and underwriting teams.
Types of projects include:
New client onboarding for delegated authority and insurance programs business
Product development
Technology/system integrations
Underwriting change management
New process/workflow implementation
Will need to manage multiple workflows/implementations in parallel
Scheduling and holding all internal parties accountable to deadlines and timetables will be critical for the role
Ability to engage with clients, vendors and other external stakeholders
Elevating key issues to Sr. leadership that would prevent timely project execution
Problem-solving around organizational roadblocks
Qualifications
5+ years of project management experience
Insurance industry experience preferred
Proven track record of successfully leading complex organizational initiatives
Proficient user of MS project or comparable software
