ADP is hiring a Human Resources Consultant. In this position, you'll be a trusted advisor to our clients, using your HR experience, ADP product expertise and consulting skills to solve their most critical business challenges.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as an expert to customers supporting ADP's most complex products/technologies

  • Use specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise to service ADP's largest clients

  • Interpret internal or external business issues and recommend solutions/best practices to

  • ADP leadership and to clients

  • Solve client problems; taking a broad perspective to identify solutions

  • Work independently to resolve issues and provide solutions, with guidance in only the most complex situations

  • Share knowledge and best practices with less experienced Consultants and Specialists

  • Work proactively with clients to provide information, best practices and training on ADP solutions

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • PHR/SPHR certification and/or Master's degree in relevant field

  • At least 5 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience as a practitioner in a systems-related organization

  • At least 7 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment, with proven ability to produce positive results

Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to lead conversations with executive-level client contacts.

  • Excellent analytical and time management skills.

  • Negotiation and problem solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written including strong skills in persuasion and motivation.

As a Client Executive IV within Card Services, you are responsible for leading a geographically-based portfolio of clients providing clients with industry standard methodologies and strategic input in service to deepening the overall partnership. The Client Executive will sell add-on products and services and lead those opportunities through to close and implementation. Clients will use the account executive as an operational point of customer concern when appropriate. Finally, in this role you will continually illustrate the value of the Fiserv partnership by providing measurement data such as return on investments and program performance updates. This role requires strong territory planning skills, C-suite and operational level relationship building and the ability to link our value proposition to client goals. To be successful you will need to: * Developing territory and account plans to execute on assigned goals. * You will also develop a keen understanding of client goals and objectives to help them succeed. * You will meet assigned add-on sale, renewal, and customer engagement goals while utilizing Fiserv's sales principles. * You will inform and interact with Fiserv leadership and Client Partner team on overall client engagement where appropriate. * We need for you to have a sense of ownership for the Card Services client relationship. * We want you to lead strategic and operational reviews with clients. * You will also identify and handle opportunities while following Fiserv reporting and forecasting standards. * Recognize that you are the advocate for clients while balancing Fiserv's desired business outcomes. * You will also be helping the larger Fiserv team win by actively contributing new ideas, being responsible for your results, being accountable for your decisions and actions, and delivering quality in every interaction. * Ability to travel up to 50%. Qualifications for Consideration: * 4+ year's sales/account management experience in the financial services field. * Prior experience with sales/account management in the Card Services environment. * High School diploma * Prior experience presenting and interacting with all levels of client including executive level management. Preferred qualifications for consideration: * Bachelor's degree. * 3+ years sales/account management experience in the financial services field * Knowledge of card management, on-line security, settlement and processing system parameters strongly preferred. * Knowledge of network operating rules, plastic card requirements, PIN generation methodologies and related vendor relationships preferred. Basic qualification * Previous project management, EFT, bank/credit union operations or data processing experience strongly preferred Learn more about us.
