  • Serve as an expert to customers supporting ADP's most complex products/technologies

  • Use specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise to service ADP's largest clients

  • Interpret internal or external business issues and recommend solutions/best practices to

  • ADP leadership and to clients

  • Solve client problems; taking a broad perspective to identify solutions

  • Work independently to resolve issues and provide solutions, with guidance in only the most complex situations

  • Share knowledge and best practices with less experienced Consultants and Specialists

  • Work proactively with clients to provide information, best practices and training on ADP solutions


  • Bachelor's degree required

  • PHR/SPHR certification and/or Master's degree in relevant field

  • At least 5 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience as a practitioner in a systems-related organization

  • At least 7 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment, with proven ability to produce positive results

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills

  • Proven ability to lead conversations with executive-level client contacts

  • Excellent analytical and time management skills

  • Negotiation and problem solving skills

  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written including strong skills in persuasion and motivation

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Provides strategic HR consulting, support and services to the assigned business units in alignment with SAP & the assigned organizations' business strategy and their People & Organization Strategy * Acts as a strategic partner and leadership consult to the respective executive and management team members in their business units * Is HR's primary face to the customer * Acts as a trusted advisor on all strategic people and organizational related topics, with a strong focus on Talent, Organization Development & Effectiveness, Business Transformation as well as Leadership and People Sustainability. * Provides thought-leadership, acts as culture change steward and contributes to enhancement of talent management and leadership capabilities. * Handles employee relations matters, in addition to acting as a coach/counsel to employees and managers in highly sensitive, confidential or complex situations. Collaborates with existing social partners, where appropriate. WORK EXPERENCE & SKILLS: * At least 8 years overall working experience with 5 years as a HRBP or comparable working experience. * Additional Experience in different areas of HR preferred: Compensation and Talent/Leadership development in particular. * Strong analytical, problem solving and facilitation skills * Demonstrated expertise in coaching, conflict resolution, influencing, relationship and team building * Superior verbal and written communication skills EDUCATION: * Strong educational background with Bachelor's/4-year degree.
