Administrative Services and Facilities comprises several groups supporting corporate office operations for First Republic, including Facilities, Corporate Purchasing, Mail Room, Reception, and Architectural Design & Development. Our people serve our colleagues' in-office needs in multiple regions throughout the United States.

As the Client Experience Associate, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, greeting clients and guests, scheduling and maintaining conference room calendars and distributing incoming mail and deliveries. You will use your customer service skills to courteously and helpfully assist customers, vendors and others contacting the company and maintain a professional working environment.

What you'll do as a Client Experience Associate:

  • Create a memorable customer service experience for current and potential clients and provide ongoing support to internal colleagues.

  • Handle clerical duties, such as answering and directing incoming calls, greeting clients and guests and distributing mail and packages.

  • Assist associate with scheduling conference rooms and bridgelines.

  • Maintain a professional working environment, including the upkeep of the conference rooms and lobbies throughout the day to ensure they are tidy and welcoming for guests.

  • Perform opening and closing procedures for the front desk; perform security watch during business hours for all parties entering the office.

  • Assist with small projects and tasks for local managers.

  • Adhere to the applicable federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to anti-money laundering (e.g., Bank Secrecy Act, US PATRIOT Act, etc.), as well as Bank policies and procedures.

  • Identify and report suspicious activity to the Anti-Money Laundering Officer.

  • Know and verify the identity of any client who enters into a relationship with the Bank.

Job Demands:

  • Must be able to review and analyze data reports and manuals; must be computer proficient.
