The Health and Welfare Client Executive is responsible for the day-to-day account management for a book of accounts primarily in the healthcare vertical.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for participating in and coordinating supporting materials for RFP and client proposals
Manages an assigned book of business and builds, expands, and solidifies relationships with existing clients
Leads appropriate resources to address the client's risk/capital management needs
Secures existing business and drives the sale of additional services and coverage levels
Cultivates relationships with day-to-day client representatives and vendor partners
Has retention goals for assigned group of accounts
May coordinate the work of administrative support and customer service
May support an Account Executive or a Producer and is the first line of contact when the Account Executive or Producer is not available
Responsible for the day-to-day account management of client accounts
Other duties as assigned
Bachelor's degree plus 3 or more years client/account management experience
High School diploma/GED with 8 or more years client/account management experience
Active Life and Health license required or willingness to obtain
Experience with Medical required; experience with Ancillary products desired
Able and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and MS Office
Strong work ethic
Energetic and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Driven to succeed
Critical thinker: capable of quickly prioritizing key issues
Exercises good judgment
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
U.S. Eligibility Requirements:

Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. Must be willing to execute Gallagher's Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement which requires, among other things, post-employment obligations relating to non-solicitation, confidentiality and non-disclosure
