Who you are

Persuasive and proactive Client Executive who contributes to NexusTek's growth by hunting for new business and generating a strong sales pipeline.

You are a skilled communicator providing insights and recommendations to improve our clients' technology efficiencies. You possess the ability to successfully forecast and predict objections months ahead.

Skills you possess:

  • A strong understanding of the Managed IT Services model and can sell technology solutions to multiple verticals

  • You are comfortable having high level business prospecting discussions with C-Suite level individuals

  • Strategic market insight within your region to locate and build a strong opportunity pipeline

  • Ability to accurately forecast new business pipeline

  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting, product demonstrations, to deal closure and ongoing customer satisfaction through transition to their Account Manager

  • Communicate to clients their client-specific value proposition and win strategy, with the confidence to ask for their business and execute a deal

  • Develop relationships with other complementary business partners who may refer and introduce NexusTek into their client base

  • Partner with the senior leadership and technical services to deliver excellent service, during the prospect and onboarding phases

  • Strong presentation; oral and written communication skills, a must

Strong knowledge in the following technologies:

  • Microsoft-based servers and workstations

  • Active Directory

  • MS Office 365

  • Network firewalls and managed switches

  • SAN Administration

  • Switching and routing

  • Backup and disaster recovery solutions.

  • Cloud-based technologies

  • Virtualization technologies

Pay and Benefits

This is a full-time position located in the United States and performed remotely with some travel.

Estimated Starting Salary/Wage Range: $90,000 - $125,000 annually, less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a semi-monthly basis (The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company's discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure [for existing employees] skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role.  Note that the majority of individuals in the position will fall in the low to mid-level of this scale; the upper end of this pay scale is offered only in exceptional circumstances and/or for unusually qualified candidates.)

In additional to the base salary this position offers sales incentives as On Target Earnings or OTE (OTE = base salary + sales incentives/commissions)

The expected OTE for this role is $180,000.00+

Screening Stage

  • 20-minute recruiter screening to introduce you to NexusTek and get to know your experience and what motivates you.

Interview Stage

  • We'll dive into your experience more in depth
  • Three 1-hour interviews with our Regional Sales leaders(virtual)

  • 1- hour interview with SVP, National Sales (virtual)

  • References: 3 professional references with at least one being someone who directly managed you

  • You are welcome to request additional conversations with team members you didn't get to meet during the process
