Job Description

As Daxko's Client Executive, we'll want you to leverage our solution suite with current customers to create the best solution for their needs.

We'll want you to...

  • Ring the bell. Meet or exceed assigned sales revenue goals and activity goals.

  • Do more than meet and greet. Acquire and develop relationships with existing customers in order to increase revenue.

  • Get all up in their business while you sell. Oversee proposal development and alignment of our software/services with customer needs.

  • Be bold while you prospect in established relationships and build new revenue opportunities.

  • Diagnose the pain. Understand their greatest problems and offer solutions that fit their budget and their ability to absorb the cure.

  • Negotiate and close. Present Daxko's overall business solution to the customer and position Club Automation for prime opportunities.

  • Rub some elbows. Execute a top-down sales approach targeting Presidents, CFOs, COOs, and CIOs to convert prospects into clients.

  • Travel just enough to build a healthy stock of free miles, 35-50% travel.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.

  • Experience in a B2B complex sale required, software sales is a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Salesforce.com experience preferred

  • Ambitious, competitive, and goal oriented

  • Ability to: Listen. Plan. Take action. Own your business.

  • Proven proficiency in "account plan" development and implementation of related sales strategies required.

  • Proven aptitude for continual sales process and product knowledge

  • Effective Communication: verbal, written, and presentation skills

  • Maturity to be independent and still work within a team

  • Ability to prospect within a relationship driven opportunity

Employee Type: Regular / Full time & Exempt Description of Duties: Work with energy construction clients as a Senior Account Executive providing insurance program and risk management support which includes contract risk management advice, consulting with clients on complex liability and workers compensation claims issues, completing client risk management projects, researching answers to client questions, providing day-to-day service, and other services as directed by our team, authoring articles and giving speeches and presentations on industry topics. This position also is responsible for the oversight of the service provided to all of the clients and must be able to manage a team of service experts. Travel Requirements: EPIC's clients are located throughout the United States so regular, as well as overnight, travel is anticipated. It is anticipated this person will spend the night away from home from three to six nights each month. Key Responsibilities: * Review professional service contracts from an insurability and risk perspective * Identify and address issues for international clients * Respond in a timely manner to the requests and needs of assigned clients and client service team * Provide day-to-day advice and guidance to clients on risk management * Manage the renewal of current client risk management programs from origination to completion * Serve as claims advocate by coordinating and participating or leading in client claim meetings, developing claims handling strategy, and interacting with claims adjusters and outside counsel * Assist in developing new clients * Participate in presentations to prospective and current clients * Prepare educational materials for all levels of client contacts and deliver presentations on the subject matter * Prepare written correspondence, reports, and analyses as needed * Attend networking and client development functions, educational workshops, carrier functions, staff meetings, and social events as needed * Review insurance contracts and compare them to the business contracts our clients are executing ensuring the most complete and comprehensive risk management program is in place * Alert our clients to potential gaps in the policies as they relate to the business contracts * Audit current clients policies for applicable coverages for client operations and needs Preferences:  * At least 10 years of insurance experience in the construction industry dealing with complex insurance issues * Previous experience within the oilfield service, engineering or construction field is strongly preferred * Knowledge of the Marine insurance market (Jones Act, Maritime GL, USL&H, etc.) * Knowledge of upstream, midstream, oil field services, and oil and gas production industries Experience / Other Skills: Qualified candidates must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. The successful candidate will possess the ability to work productively and collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment. He or she will be self-motivated and display a passion for quality work and a commitment to client service as well as have an in-depth understanding of the construction industry.
