What You'll Do

You will be Identifying, developing and implementing key initiatives that align with the Enterprise Area and Operation Strategy & Execution Priorities. Go to Market Sales Model

  • Leading /coaching teams through transformation with Account Planning/Opportunity Identification, Business Relevant / Customer Value Selling, Business Disciplines, Challenger Sales Strategy.
  • Financial Performance
  • Exceeding bookings goal (by geography, architecture and vertical), managing opex goal, and maintaining forecast accuracy; providing visibility and in depth knowledge into numbers (customer insights, macro/micro trends, consumption models).

  • Strategically leading and influencing your own team along with an integrated cross-functional teams including the Customer Value Acceleration Team, Services, Capital, Partners, Advanced Technology teams (Collaboration, Enterprise Networks, Data Center), Marketing, and others. Focusing on contributing to the long-term success of Enterprise West and US Enterprise by being a collaborative leader amongst your peers. Consistently striving to improve and reinvent yourself.

Who You'll Work With

You will be responsible for annual revenue portfolio and will lead an awesome sales team including an Enterprise Account Manager, while working closely with a Systems Engineer, a Customer Solutions Architect, Technical Solutions Architect as well as technology specific Product Sales Specialists. This role will have direct responsibility for the product strategy and execution and as such, you will partner with Cisco Service to formulate and drive an all-encompassing focus across the full solution lifecycle.

Who You Are

  • You are adept at balancing intense short-term pressures with overall long-term goals.

  • You will have a strong executive presence, polish, and be political savvy. Strong leadership skills in coaching and developing a sales organization for 50+ people

  • You have excellent communication skills and ability to persuade -- using simple communications that convey complex concepts in a compelling, concise, and creative way. You have validated ability to build and lead in a matrix-managed team culture

Our minimum requirements for this role:

  • BA degree
  • MBA or graduate degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of management roles selling solutions to senior executives at named accounts

  • You will have a consistent record leading significant revenue responsibility and or profit/loss center and overachieving targets to meet stretch goals

  • You will provide specific examples of closing large, strategic deals to global customers.

  • You have and understand a range of Cisco technologies.

  • Business Development and strategy experience required.

  • You have a confirmed ability to provide thought leadership, think strategically and effectively communicate vision (both written and verbal) and influence cross-functionally.

Contribute to the increased generation of commission and fee revenue by maintaining and enhancing client relationships while assisting Financial Advisors with efficient, quality client service. Extensive contact with internal and external customers to identify, research, and resolve problems. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Interacts daily on the phone and in person with prospective and existing clients including handling basic inquiries and providing quotes. * May solicit orders from clients at the direction of the Financial Advisor. * Receives unsolicited orders from clients. * May enter unsolicited trades at the direction of the Financial Advisor. * Researches client and security information through the back office system. * Opens new accounts. * Processes and follows up on client documentation for proper maintenance of accounts. * Prepares letters, forms, and spreadsheets to assist with servicing existing clients and prospecting for new clients. * Creates and maintains records and files. * Ensures required client paperwork is current with firm and industry requirements, rules and regulations. * Maintains client information and creates reports using portfolio software programs. * Assists Financial Advisors with marketing efforts including seminars, mail outs, etc. * Receives and processes securities. * May provide investment advice on less active accounts for the Financial Advisor or for their own accounts. * Participates in and receives cross-training, as well as assists with other operational functions as required. * Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Educational/Previous Experience Requirements: * Associate's degree and five (5) years of licensed financial services industry service experience. ~or~ * An equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training as approved by Human Resources.
