Client Engagement Representative

Aqueduct Technologies is seeking a Client Engagement Representative to join our rapidly growing organization. The Client Engagement Representative will partner with outside sales Account Managers and Senior Account Managers, Solutions Architects, Solution Developers, Project Management, and Operations to provide the highest level of care to our existing customers. As a major point of contact for Aqueduct's sales team and customers, the Client Engagement Representative is expected to be able to build and maintain relationships at multiple points within the organization with a high-level of attention to detail.

From time to time, this individual may be required to support an Account Manager and/or customer outside of normal business hours; during such times, you will be set up for success for work to be completed remotely.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Act as an integrated extension of Sales Leadership and Account Managers to ensure the ultimate customer engagement, with the goal of creating "Customers for Life"

  • Enable Account Managers to sell to the best of their ability including assisting with new hire onboarding, internal and customer facing meeting support, and assistance with reporting and activity tracking

  • Learn the intricacies of Aqueduct's industry position, mission, ideal market, partner relationships and manufactures

  • Assist with quote creation, editing, and reconciliation; prep and sync final quotes into Aqueduct's quoting platform with updated cost and competitive pricing

  • Assist with customer-facing messaging and materials

  • Submit deal registrations and confirm that they are tied to appropriate programs and discounts

  • Interface with Vendors and Distribution Partners to ensure quotes are provided accurately and in a timely manner

  • Work with our Finance team for PO generation, order validation, order procurement, and order reconciliation

  • Proactively provide order tracking, statuses, and confirmations to customers

  • Manage interdepartmental communication with sales, presales, project management, and finance regarding pricing, order updates/issues, ship dates, quotes, and other logistics-related data etc.

  • Ensure customer information is entered into Salesforce in a timely manner and maintained, accurately

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of inside sales or sales operations experience

  • A desire to learn and succeed in solution provider sales

  • Ability to perform a variety of actions with an acute attention to detail, ability to make independent decisions, and collaborate across multiple departments

  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, environment

  • Able to safely lift boxes up to 25 lbs. and maneuver larger, heavier boxes with the assistance of a hand truck

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Proficiency within the Microsoft office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent

  • Salesforce experience

  • Experience working for a Solution Provider, Manufacturer, or Distribution Partner
