The Marketing & Client Engagement team is growing and we are looking for YOU to join us as the Client Engagement Program Manager! In this role you will be overseeing the marketing programs targeting the HR/Benefits liaisons and employees of Bright Horizons clients. You and your team's goal is to drive registrations for Bright Horizons benefits and you will focus on the development, implementation, success analysis, and refinement of the marketing programs. You will also be responsible for the design, overall strategy, and agree concepts for best practice campaigns with the goal of driving new registrations/enrollments for Bright Horizons benefits. This will be done via all available marketing communications channels.
What you will be doing:
Drive client employee registration and enrollment for Bright Horizons benefits and support client retention and revenue growth through the following potential activities:
Own the development and success of each program
Develop program plan, necessary raw content, define campaign criteria and Salesforce needs, map out the automation of the program for each program
Oversee design of marketing automation programs, working closely with the Client Employee Marketing Programs and Marketing Automation teams
Partner with Product Marketing and Client Employee Programs team to develop final content
Create highly effective and efficient program briefs that allows Creative Services to deliver optimal content quickly
Work with Marketing Project Manager to integrate program into overall Client Engagement project plan
Understand and communicated any necessary SF criteria or improvements needed for the program
Work with Client Employee Marketing Programs team to increase effectiveness of marketing collateral by streamlining client feedback and needs to inform changes to existing or creation of new collateral as related to programs
Be responsible to manage and encourage feedback to refine program
Be responsible for all reporting metrics for that program
Strong copy reviewing/editing skills and also experience providing feedback on marketing visuals
Oversee creation of new digital and content assets including client launch webinars, videos, intranet copy, and other needs as necessary
Report on and analyze performance for all Client Engagement activities including email campaigns, shared and client-specific webinars, events, and other client engagement programs, to inform future activities
Develop positive ongoing relationships with Client Engagement Managers and Client Relations teams
A Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
7-8 years professional experience with at least 2-3 years management experience
Qualities include strong project management skills; results-oriented and highly motivated
Ability to lead projects and take initiative on ideas with minimal supervision.
Comfortable setting aggressive goals and exceeding them
The individual should function effectively under pressure and maintains a sense of humor; be willing to adjust roles and responsibilities to meet the needs of a constantly changing and growing organization
Knowledgeable and adept at Microsoft OS, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook
Must be detail-oriented and set high standards for quality. Strong organizational skills required. Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong writing skills, review skills, and general creative "eye"
Experience with Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, print-on-demand systems, and providing creative direction preferred
