Position Summary

The Client Engagement Manager is responsible for proactively owning and managing the relationships within an assigned set of clients and/or prospects. Partnering with the Account Development team, you will be responsible for supporting and managing a portfolio of client accounts, engaging with client contacts to ensure the proper usage and application of the Targeting solutions and services, and seeking out growth and upsell opportunities within the assigned account base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the ongoing management and retention of new and existing clients, developing highly effective relationships across assigned portfolio as well as internal departments

  • Contribute to new and existing customer expansion and upsell activities

  • Individually field sales activities as well as travel to customer locations

  • Individually develop solutions that helps solves Targeting clients marketing and advertising objectives

  • Collaborate on solution development and execution, requests for information, and other documentation that is requested or needed by the client: this to include joint or individual sales proposals on product details, capabilities and benefits

  • Recognize potential revenue opportunities and either individually or jointly craft the appropriate solution for the client on an ongoing basis.

  • Responsible for regular status calls with sales management regarding portfolio performance and activity pipeline

  • Partner with other business areas such as solution engineering, product management and marketing personnel to ensure product and service education is delivered to assigned portfolio

  • Collaborate effectively with operations, legal, compliance, finance or any other groups as required to manage the client relationship

  • Facilitate contract authoring and execution of client programs

  • Sustain and expand upon smaller client relationships to allow other Account Development to further expand larger relationships

  • Responsible for contributing to a team revenue quota

  • Articulate, inform and make recommendations to clients or prospects on Targeting solutions with ongoing consultation to uncover and resolve business challenges

  • Gather and maintain industry information subscribing to industry newsletters, trade magazines etc. relative to the client portfolio

  • This role is highly suited for those individuals that are committed to progressing towards a Sales Account Director or Business Development Executive role within Targeting Sales

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 3 years' sales or business development experience in digital advertising/marketing.

  • Proven track record of exceeding quota through successful prospecting, solution selling, negotiating, and closing deals.

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, technologies, concepts, terms, and tactics.

  • Familiarity with traditional direct and/or data-driven marketing principles

  • Preferable rolodex of contacts

  • Independent, proactive, forward-thinking, creative problem solver, results-oriented.

  • Strong verbal/written communication skills.

  • Exceptional client-facing and presentation skills.

  • Ability and willingness to travel 25-50%.

BSN required Must have at least yearsof Director of ER experience Technical knowledge of ED nursing, evidence based practice, and the continuum or care.
