Redapt is looking for a Client Engagement Manager to help expand our Cloud Services footprint within our customer relationships. Our Cloud Services help customers transform and accelerate business outcomes through our Advanced Analytics, Application Modernization and Modern Datacenter solutions.

As a Client Engagement Manager, you'll help grow Redapt's business through our Cloud Service offerings to existing clients. By advocating the power of our solutions, you will collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to work opportunities through the full cycle. Using your business acumen, project management and sales experience, you will help organizations achieve their cloud adoption goals.

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key decision makers

  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors

  • Ensure attainment of revenue and associated targets

  • Drive customer and partner satisfaction through understanding customer needs

  • Identify and qualify product and solution leads within managed accounts

  • Assist with negotiating contracts and close agreements to maximize profits

  • Work with Redapt project delivery team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas

  • Identify and qualify product and solution leads within managed accounts

  • Prepare reports on account status

  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory

  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

  • Outreach to warm leads via phone and/or email


  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role

  • Comfortable meeting and exceeding quotas

  • The ability to command an audience

  • Skilled negotiator with the ability to close sales

  • Manage, document, track, and report on revenue

  • Understanding of sales function, business and pipeline management

  • Comfortable developing accurate forecast and creating detailed strategic plans

  • Public Cloud (Azure, GCP, AWS) sales experience is a plus

  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level

  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Dynamics CRM,Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)

  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

  • Technology and Cloud ecosystem background

  • Consulting/Professional Services beneficial

  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to travel

The Manager-Client Services (MCS) is responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned account scope. The MCS works together with their manager (Senior MCS/Group MCS) to build an account plan and is responsible for client management based on the account plan. Usually, the MCS handles a single account or part of a large account with a P&L of $30MM to $40MM. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
